Week 95 I Love To See the Temple

This one should be short but I'll write a little but about what happened on Saturday. We did the 8:30 session and it was so good to be back in the temple! It had been 16 months since I'd last done ordinances in the temple and I was honestly so grateful to be back and feel the peace that comes from being in the Lord's house. The Philadelphia temple is beautiful! After the temple the Ballards took us all over Philly because they're the best. Hah they were honestly the best tour guides and we saw the Rocky steps, Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Ben Franklin's grave, and a lot in between! We had some good food and I got a cheesesteak at Pat's for all you food network/Travel channel lovers out there! It was pretty good! On the way back we avoided the toll roads and took the scenic route that took us through New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. I was stoked to check some states off the list and we saw a ton of Amish on the way! There's a lot in southeastern PA and I never get tired of seeing buggies on the side of the road. 👍🏽

Cindy came to church on Sunday and seemed to enjoy it! She has a lot of great fellowship at church and fits in really well. We're excited for her! That night we taught this guy named Rahminx who referred himself online. This guy was awesome! He has had a rough past but is open to learning more about the Restored Gospel. It was really fun to teach him the restoration and we'll be back next week!

Well I hope everyone has a good week! We'll be going to Hershey Park today so it should be a good time. Make good choices kids.

Happy Father's Day,
